The Alaska Cleaning Company Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Lead at The Alaska Cleaning Company. This role blends hands-on cleaning duties with light supervisory responsibilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and effective team performance in both residential and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency in various settings, including residential homes and office spaces. Supervise and evaluate the cleaning tasks performed by team members, ensuring all company standards are met. Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance to all staff. Inspect cleaned areas to ensure completeness. Report on any issues or areas needing attention, and propose solutions to improve cleaning processes.

Ideal Candidate:

Must have experience as a professional cleaner and proven track record of consistent quality. Proven ability to clean quickly and efficiently without compromising on standards. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for making spaces look impeccable. Experience in a supervisory role or previous lead cleaner position preferred. Excellent time management skills and the ability to motivate others.

Trial Period:

This position includes a 90-day trial period, during which your performance and fit with our team will be evaluated. Continued employment is contingent upon meeting performance expectations set out at the start of the trial.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning and supervising roles, particularly in residential and office settings. Proven track record of reliability. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
