Oversee cleaning operations including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene excellence. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to create a safe environment for staff and guests. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly. Address guest or client concerns related to cleanliness or service quality with professionalism and promptness. Skills Proven experience in custodial services with a focus on industrial or commercial cleaning environments. Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated team management capabilities. Excellent leadership qualities combined with managerial communication skills to motivate teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques. Experience in managing janitorial operations including laundry services within hospitality or similar settings. Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness standards. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Familiarity with management of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
