For a Housekeeping leader, that means much more than maintaining guestrooms. You'll help lead an operation responsible for creating exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout a diverse resort environment serving leisure travelers, golfers, groups, meetings, events, and other resort guests. As Housekeeping Manager , you'll move beyond supervising daily tasks to helping lead the operation, develop people, manage resources, and influence the overall guest experience. What You'll Do Lead and develop the housekeeping team through hands-on coaching, training, motivation, and clear expectations. Maintain exceptional resort standards across guestrooms and public areas through consistent inspections and attention to detail. Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, productivity, payroll, supplies, and departmental priorities. Partner across the resort with Front Desk, Sales, and other departments to anticipate guest and group needs and resolve concerns. Improve performance by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, training, efficiency, and overall execution. What We're Looking For Housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale, full-service hotel or resort . Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. A hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards and enjoys coaching and developing people. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Experienced Housekeeping Supervisors ready to step into their first management role are strongly encouraged to apply. Why Grand National + PCH?
