Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance within our hospitality or commercial environment. The Executive Housekeeper ensures that all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, coordinate cleaning operations, and uphold strict safety and sanitation regulations to create a welcoming, spotless environment that exceeds expectations. Duties Lead, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and sanitation services across all areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices Oversee daily operations of industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including specialized custodial services and laundry management Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety adherence, and overall presentation of facilities Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent managerial communication skills Experience in managing commercial cleaning operations and overseeing laundry services within a hospitality or similar setting Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance among staff Prior experience in team supervision or staff training is highly desirable Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating pristine environments that delight guests and clients alike.
