Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of all guest rooms, public areas, pantries, and service spaces. Provide leadership and direction to team members through effective supervision, training, coaching, and motivation. Deliver exceptional personalized guest service by responding prompty to requests and coordinating special amenities Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, and unusual circumstances to management. General Requirements Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting Proven ability to lead and train team members, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and to lift or move objects requiring 10-20 pounds on a regular basis. Flexible to work a variable schedule, including two relief overnight shifts, as well as weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
