Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas meet Hampton brand standards, managing team performance, and overseeing daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and available to work Wednesday through Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance:
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, support, and mentor room attendants. Manage daily room assignments, staffing needs, and housekeeping schedules.
Operational Excellence:
Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including Lost & Found protocols, linen and supply inventory, safety procedures, and proper use of housekeeping equipment.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of communication between housekeeping, the front desk, maintenance, and hotel management. Ensure room statuses and maintenance concerns are updated promptly and accurately.
Accountability:
Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and workplace conduct. Address performance or conduct concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
