Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Monitor cleaning quality to meet or exceed hotel industry standards and guest expectations Schedule staff shifts efficiently to optimize coverage during peak times and special events Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and chemical handling Lead by example with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proactive approach to problem-solving Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and custodial procedures Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership in managing schedules, training staff, and maintaining high-quality service levels Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and guest interactions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will elevate cleanliness standards while fostering a welcoming environment for guests.
