This role leads by example, coaches team members, and helps create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Essential ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Train team members on company standards, brand requirements, safety procedures, and best practices.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Assign daily work schedules, room assignments, and distribute keys.
Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new housekeeping associates.
Monitor inventory of linens, guest room supplies, and cleaning products.
Report maintenance issues and ensure repairs are properly documented.
Follow up on vacant, occupied, and inspected rooms to ensure readiness.
Maintain and manage lost and found items according to company procedures.
Step in to clean guest rooms and assist the team as needed.
Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking ForSix (6) months to one (1) year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
Previous hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
Ability to clean guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity expectations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises a housekeeping team of approximately 110 employees.
Supports scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management while fostering a positive team culture.
