Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our property. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the impeccable reputation of our hospitality services, driving efficiency, and elevating guest satisfaction through meticulous management and supervision. Duties

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
• Qualifications
• Strong background in cleaning techniques in hotels.
• Knowledge of hotel standards, hospitality industry best practices, and customer service excellence
• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Full schedule flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including Weekends and Holidays.
