$28-$30 per hour (DOE) About Us Cypress Ridge Care Center is a dedicated skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Director and help lead our housekeeping team. Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control. This position functions as the right hand to the Housekeeping Director—overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring all housekeeping duties are carried out efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Director with daily departmental operations. Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff. Complete daily quality checks of resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection‑control standards. Maintain housekeeping supply levels and assist with inventory management. Help create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Address and resolve housekeeping concerns from residents, staff, or visitors. Perform hands‑on housekeeping duties as needed. Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required, supervisory experience a must Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing environment is a plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety protocols. Dependable, professional, and resident‑focused. Ability to work full-time, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
