Do you like making guests' vacation perfect? A locally owned and operated vacation rental company is looking for a Housekeeping Inspector. If you are a perfectionist, self motivation, detail oriented, and a multi-tasker, please apply! As a Housekeeping Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting properties after and before guest departures. Because we are a small company on occasion you will have to wear a different hat and help out a team member. We work together to help deliver a great guest experience and support our brand! Because we are a quick growing company, the opportunity to grow is here! Job Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate housekeeping performance. Use of a checklist is required to check after completed cleans & guest departures. Recall housekeeping to the property as needed Prepare and inspect properties for guests' arrival.

Examples are:

open the window treatments, turn on AC, check for hot water, etc. Close and shut down properties after guest departure. Stock properties with house consumables. Order housekeeping supplies and property consumables as needed. Arrange with linen company deliveries based on booking demand Inform supervisor of linen replenishment orders Replace bulbs, batteries, power on/off cable boxes, modems, routers, & perform similar there of. Replace propane tanks as needed in BBQ, fire features, etc. Notify the company supervisor when items/linens in the home are broken or need to be replaced. Keep fleet vehicle clean, organized and stocked with the supplies Other similar duties as required Requirements Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience in housekeeping supervisor or vacation rental housekeeping Smartphone literate (e-mail, apps, etc.) Good driving record Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner verbally and in writing. Understanding of hospitality and delivering a great brand experience. Ability to to work two weekends a month as needed. Ability to be on call after hours occasionally. Background checks and drug tests are required for all employees.
