As a key leader in our hospitality or commercial environment, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service. Your energetic leadership will foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and team members alike. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning operations including industrial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial tasks to ensure consistency and excellence Conduct regular inspections of all areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance in accordance with health regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed to maintain operational readiness Enforce safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Provide leadership in team management by motivating staff, resolving conflicts promptly, and fostering a positive work atmosphere Skills Proven experience in custodial work with a strong background in cleaning, sanitation management, and industrial or commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated ability in staff supervision with effective team management and leadership skills Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards Strong organizational skills for managing janitorial supplies, laundry services, and daily schedules Experience with management of housekeeping operations within hospitality or similar settings Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols effectively
