In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, custodial services, laundry, and overall cleanliness standards across our hotel. Your leadership will ensure that our environment remains spotless, welcoming, and aligned with the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational efficiency, foster a positive team culture, and elevate guest or client satisfaction through meticulous management and innovative housekeeping strategies. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, setting clear expectations and motivating staff to deliver outstanding service. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning protocols that meet safety regulations and quality benchmarks. Oversee daily cleaning operations, including janitorial tasks, laundry services, and custodial duties across multiple areas. Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to ensure a highly skilled and engaged team. Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinate procurement as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects or deep-cleaning initiatives while minimizing disruption to operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in commercial cleaning and hospitality housekeeping management. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Director/Manager in hospitality. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively. Extensive housekeeping experience combined with knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and custodial operations. Background in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is highly advantageous. Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale cleaning operations with a focus on quality control. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment handling.
