Housekeeping Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in the hospitality industry. This role is responsible for detailed room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance standards are maintained in guest rooms, public areas and back of the house areas. This role also involves mentoring colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt Policies, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with our purpose. Supervise and support room attendants, housepersons, and other housekeeping team members in alignment with Hyatt brand standards. Conduct regular room inspections and audits of public areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness. Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and supply requisition. Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have three years of experience and or in a similar position. Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 15lbs.

Work Habits:

In order to maintain a positive guest and team members experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance. You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactory. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Preferred to have at least one year of experience in the hotel industry and or a similar position. Will acquire a

Criminal Background Check, and E-Verify Required Experience:
