Edelweiss Clean and Bright Housekeeping is a highly-rated and recommended cleaning company in Northern Colorado. We are growing our team and looking for an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Team Supervisor to join us! No experience is necessary, but we're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, positive, friendly, professional, and has excellent people skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensure jobs are started and completed on time Ensure the crew has necessary cleaning supplies (provided at our shop) Maintain a positive and upbeat work environment As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun, flexible, and happy team, and our goal is to make every customer satisfied and be excellent in everything we do. Pay & Benefits $16 / hr minimum pay PLUS cash tips Company car provided Paid time off Flexible schedule We offer competitive pay, with a minimum starting base pay at $16 per hour and a guaranteed raise upon review at 90 days. Thorough training is included, both on and off the job, and part-time and full-time opportunities are available. In addition, we provide the use of a company car for leads while on the job.
