Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are consistently met throughout the property Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures aligned with industry best practices for industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and hospitality environments Oversee daily operations including janitorial tasks, laundry services, and specialized cleaning projects to maintain impeccable hygiene standards Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support efficient operations Foster a positive team environment through effective management practices such as staff supervision, leadership development, and clear managerial communication Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings Proven staff supervision and team management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Expertise in industrial cleaning techniques and managing large-scale or specialized cleaning projects Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork Effective communication skills suitable for management roles including training staff and liaising with other departments or clients Customer service orientation with a focus on creating a welcoming environment through cleanliness excellence Hands-on experience with laundry operations and hospitality housekeeping procedures Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Join us as an Executive Housekeeper where your leadership will directly impact the quality of our environment!
