Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, organization, and the overall presentation of the residence Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, linens, delicate garments, wardrobes, closets, and household storage areas with expert attention Maintain household supplies, toiletries, pantry items, cleaning products, and systems so they remain organized and consistently stocked Work hands-on with the existing team, model best practices, mentor staff, and help refine routines and standards Anticipate the family's preferences and help schedule the team to support privacy, efficiency, and a beautifully run home Comfortable working in a home with pre-teen children and one small dog Qualifications Significant experience as an Executive Housekeeper or senior-level Housekeeper in a high-standard private home Excellent, verifiable references A hands-on leader with sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to mentor and develop a team Outstanding organization, discretion, communication skills, and attention to detail A positive, flexible, no-job-too-small attitude suited to a relaxed household culture with very high expectations Excellent, verifiable references Schedule Generally, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
