Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks. Implement and enforce safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership. Address guest or client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial environments. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial practices, and sanitation management. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. Experience managing laundry operations is preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members and management at all levels. Previous management or leadership roles in hospitality or custodial services are highly desirable.
