The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management and housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest areas are impeccably clean and welcoming. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff effectively while upholding the quality and efficiency of our housekeeping services. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules during events or peak times. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management and implement best practices. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, custodial practices, and floor care procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
