Inspector Housekeeper Job Summary:
The Room Attendant Inspector is responsible for inspecting guest rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness, quality, and presentation standards before being released for guest occupancy. This position works closely with the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Verify that linens, towels, amenities, and supplies are properly stocked and arranged.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing amenities.
  • Ensure rooms are guest-ready and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to Room Attendants to improve performance and maintain quality.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and other departments to resolve room issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and report deficiencies.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel room inspection preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
