Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional cleanliness standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Oversee laundry operations, including linen management and proper handling of guest belongings Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all housekeeping activities Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial equipment, laundry processes, and safety procedures Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic management skills including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in creating inviting environments that guests love!
