Position:

Cleaning Manager We are looking for a Cleaning Manager on St Augustine FL to lead our team and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our short-term rental properties (like Airbnbs). This role goes beyond cleaning—it involves managing cleaners, ensuring high standards, and supporting guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of cleaners, including scheduling, approving hours, and tracking performance. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other areas of properties as needed. Ensure proper vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all properties. Audit cleanings to maintain high standards and provide feedback to team members. Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring properties are fully stocked. Be attentive to property needs and available for guest-related tasks or errands. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed. Address and resolve cleaning issues caused by guests or previous cleaning experiences. Support training and development of cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience managing a cleaning team is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Flexible and available to handle occasional guest-related needs.
