Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly Lead and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and custodial facilities to maintain quality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment, ensuring timely replenishment Oversee laundry operations, including sorting, washing, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms Implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel setting Supervising or management experience in a housekeeping environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry processes Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, inventories, and quality control checks Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure satisfaction Familiarity with hospitality standards and hotel housekeeping management practices Join us in creating a pristine environment where guests feel comfortable and valued!
