Job Description

We are seeking a full-time year-round dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to lead our environmental services team for the 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11:00pm). This role is responsible for ensuring our Club facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment by providing guidance, support, and help. Supervise and support the daily responsibilities of the Environmental Services, Floor & Laundry teams. Oversee staff to ensure work assignments are accomplished promptly and efficiently, maintaining the highest quality work. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, escalating personnel concerns appropriately. Perform routine and specialized cleaning duties as needed, including floor care (marble, VCT, carpeting), millwork, furniture, glass, mirrors, brass, tile, and carpet maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality, safety, and timely completion of work assignments. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to associates. Help coordinate and adjust staff schedules based on operational needs. Train new and current staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and department standards. Assist with and help lead in-service training programs. Identify and report property damage, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions. Perform the same job functions as the associates they supervise. Operate Club vehicles safely for the transport of goods, equipment, or personnel, as needed. Job Requirements Ability to supervise and direct personnel, supported by three (3) years of supervisory experience. Ability to understand and communicate simple oral and written instructions. Ability to maintain high standards of quality control. Ability to deal with personnel situations and problems. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Company drivers who are Florida residents must obtain a valid Florida license within 30 days of establishing residency to drive on Florida roads.
