Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across assigned sites, including commercial, hospitality, or institutional facilities. Lead and motivate a team of cleaning technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity and quality of work. Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness levels in all areas such as guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common spaces. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper usage and timely replenishment. Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment operation to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with management to implement new cleaning techniques or procedures that improve efficiency or quality standards. Experience Proven supervisory experience in cleaning or custodial services within commercial or hospitality settings. Extensive janitorial or housekeeping management experience with a strong understanding of cleaning best practices. Hands-on experience with various cleaning methods including laundry services, floor care, window washing, and restroom sanitation. Familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry standards is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
