Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage housekeeping staff, and ensure that all areas are maintained to pristine condition. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities across the property, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards aligned with industry best practices. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and maintain a motivated team. Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and specialized facilities using appropriate janitorial techniques. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure proper maintenance and usage. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, floor care quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Familiarity with janitorial supplies, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality assurance. Effective communication skills for training staff and collaborating across departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
