We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry.Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly
