Leadership Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
• Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly
