Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper/Room Inspector to lead our housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high standards of cleanliness across all guest rooms and public areas Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and facilities to verify adherence to sanitation, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage cleaning and sanitation processes for both routine housekeeping tasks and common area cleaning projects Train and mentor team members in proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service protocols Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry items, and custodial equipment; place orders as needed Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment for staff and guests alike Develop work schedules that optimize team productivity while ensuring coverage during peak times Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management within hospitality or similar industries Strong staff supervision and team management skills with prior supervising experience. Willing to clean rooms and set the example for the team! Knowledge of Hotel cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and safety regulations Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments Customer service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns professionally Experience in laundry operations and janitorial services is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership in managing cleaning & sanitation operations for commercial or hospitality settings

Required:

We need the your leadership 3 out of 4 weekend each month on both Saturday and Sunday! One weekend off per month for this role. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 45.0 per week
