Full Job Description Housekeeping Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Nexus of Elmwood Park in Berwyn, IL. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, providing exceptional service to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping staff Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance Develop and manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and safety

Requirements:
