As a Cath Lab Tech on assignment here, you'll be part of a Level 1 Trauma and Magnet-designated teaching hospital, regularly handling diverse and complex cardiac cases in a facility recognized for clinical excellence and innovation. Travelers at this hospital work alongside experienced charge RNs, hospitalists, and specialized departments, embracing advanced technology including EPIC, Phillips c-arm, and PACS Mergeo. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cardiac procedures, from diagnostic/interventional caths and shockwave therapies to complex device insertions and lead extractions, all while strengthening your clinical acumen and leadership skillset. Schedule/Hours:

10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM On-call weekday: 4-5 overnight calls per 4-week schedule (30-minute response time) Two weekend call shifts per 4-week schedule, with split or consecutive options No floating required Self-scheduling (manager approval), made in 6-week increments

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' recent Cath Lab experience (first-time travelers not accepted)

BLS, ACLS, ARRT

certifications required (RCIS alone not accepted) Proficiency in laser lead extraction, Rotoblator, FFR, IVUS, Impella, IABP, EKOS, pacemaker procedures, groin site management, and medrad

Responsibilities:

Scrub and pan table duties in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment Effective communication and coordination during cardiac diagnostics/interventions Equipment operation and groin site monitoring, ensuring patient safety Participate in advanced clinical procedures and multidisciplinary support
