Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of resources and efficient room turnover Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences Monitor and control inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and make recommendations for purchasing and maintenance Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and health regulations, and maintain a safe and clean work environment About the
