Position Summary Garnet Hotels is seeking a results-oriented Executive Housekeeper to support our dual-property Marriott operation in Matteson, Illinois. Lead housekeeping and laundry operations for both hotels, ensuring clean, safe, inspection-ready guestrooms and public spaces. This role works closely with leaders and associates across both hotels to deliver strong financial, operational, and guest-service results. Key Responsibilities Direct daily room assignments, inspections, public-area cleaning, laundry, lost and found, and deep-cleaning programs. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff. Manage labor productivity, payroll, linen, terry, guest supplies, chemicals, equipment, and departmental expenses. Inspect guestrooms and public areas and correct quality or maintenance concerns immediately. Coordinate room status, priorities, out-of-order rooms, special requests, and group arrivals with Front Office and Engineering. Maintain preventive-cleaning, mattress rotation, linen inventory, and capital-replacement programs. Ensure OSHA, chemical-safety, bloodborne-pathogen, key-control, and Marriott cleanliness standards are followed. Review guest feedback, brand scores, inspection results, and productivity reports Maintain vendor and outsourced-labor accountability when applicable. Participate in daily operations and hotel leadership meetings. Qualifications Three or more years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience, including Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper responsibility. Experience in a branded hotel with high room volume required. Marriott and dual-property experience preferred. Strong room-inspection, scheduling, labor-control, inventory, training, and team-leadership skills. Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation:
