Housekeeping Supervisor

Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning services across guest rooms, suites, and public spaces Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational standards Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry items; coordinate procurement as needed Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely processing of linens and guest clothing with attention to quality control Address guest requests or complaints promptly to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards Enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for staff and guests Foster a positive team atmosphere through motivation, recognition, and ongoing coaching Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards Experience with laundry operations and custodial procedures in hotel or hospitality settings Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and customer service principles Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door!
