Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements Oversee daily operations including industrial cleaning, janitorial services, laundry management, and custodial tasks across all areas of the facility Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, sanitation practices, and management of cleaning equipment Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed to maintain smooth operations Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, safety regulations, and sanitation policies Foster a positive team environment through effective management communication, leadership development, and recognition of staff achievements Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and laundry operations Strong background in sanitation standards, safety regulations, and hotel cleaning & sanitation management practices Demonstrated leadership in team supervision with excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff Experience managing janitorial teams with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeper management Prior experience overseeing safety procedures related to cleaning equipment and hazardous materials Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
