Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a housekeeping supervisor , where you will lead the overall operations of a bustling resort or hotel to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, hospitality expertise, and passion for service excellence. As the key figure in managing daily operations, you will inspire your team, optimize revenue, and ensure every guest leaves with memorable impressions. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be vital in maintaining high standards and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Oversee all hotel operations, including , guest services, housekeeping. Lead and supervise staff across departments, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure top-tier service delivery. Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws. Implement hotel policies and procedures that promote safety, security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes hospitality management principles and guest-centric culture. Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry. Extensive hotel experience with a strong background in guest services, resort operations, or similar environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively. Familiarity with human resources practices including staffing, training, and employee relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer service excellence. $33,500.00 - $36,500.00 per year
