What You'll Do:

Oversee dining and environmental services operations across multiple facilities Lead, mentor, and support dietary and housekeeping teams Develop and implement operational standards and best practices Monitor quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and service standards Partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities for improvement Support staff development, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Evaluate processes and implement improvements to enhance service quality Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive resident experience

Qualifications:
