As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, and foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that drives excellence in all cleaning and custodial services. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry best practices. Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and customer service expectations. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and other designated spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation policies to protect staff and guests while minimizing hazards. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and recognition of staff achievements. Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or commercial settings. Proven supervisory experience with strong team management skills.
