Job Title:

Site Manager, Housekeeping Services Shift:

Must be flexible to rotate days and holidays, 10:30pm - 7:00am

Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000 annually, biweekly pay Oversee overnight operations: manage cleanliness and quality standards in public spaces, restrooms, offices, food preparation, and meeting areas. Conduct team meetings to review nightly team goals Ensure public readiness: completion of daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping and floor cleaning tasks Conduct inspections: oversee and perform public and back-of-house area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance Manage rotating employee schedules and track employee payroll Support, inspire and develop the team: support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and create a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

Management experience in janitorial/related services Capable of solving problems with flexibility and insight Ability to lead and motivate a team of people Professionalism and communication skills Organized and self-motivated Criminal history check
