Nishida Services is seeking an experienced, passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a premier new facility in Downtown Indianapolis.

Job Title:

Shift Supervisor, Housekeeping Services Shift:

Must be flexible to rotate days and holidays, 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay:

$21/hr Support overnight operations: manage cleanliness and quality standards in public spaces, restrooms, offices, food preparation, and meeting areas.

Ensure public readiness:

completion of daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping and floor cleaning tasks.

Conduct inspections:

perform public and back-of-house area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance. Support the Housekeeping Manager and inspire the team: work alongside team members, deliver exceptional performance, train housekeepers, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Supervisory experience in janitorial/related services Capable of solving problems with flexibility and insight Ability to lead and motivate a team of people Professionalism and communication skills Organized and self-motivated Criminal history check
