Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, ensuring all areas meet quality standards. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency across all departments. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement to maintain seamless operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and support for special events or VIP guests. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning products, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use. Previous experience in managing inventories and coordinating supplies efficiently.
