Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Monitor cleanliness standards regularly through inspections and audits, addressing any deficiencies promptly Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources and reduce waste Enforce safety regulations and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment for all staff Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest or client experiences Requirements Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, industrial cleaning methods, and safety regulations Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse staff members effectively Exceptional communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service interactions Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services, and sanitation management systems Ability to develop operational procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining high cleanliness standards Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Join us as a Head Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining pristine environments that delight guests or clients.
