Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a bilingual Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning operations in a healthcare clinic. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as you will coordinate with Spanish-speaking staff and English-speaking clinic management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daytime supervision, client communication, and evening team management, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the clinic to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards
• Communicate directly with clinic management to address needs, concerns, and service quality
• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during the day as needed
• Manage and lead the evening cleaning team
• Train staff and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed
• Handle scheduling, task assignments, and quality control
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
