We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands the importance of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support housekeeping staff
- Create and manage daily work assignments and schedules.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens.
- Communicate effectively with guests, subordinates and other hotel departments.
- Address housekeeping concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with cleaning and room preparation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven reliability and strong sense of responsibility.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and strong people skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for most of the shift, walking throughout the property, lifting housekeeping supplies and linens, bending, reaching, and assisting the team wherever needed.
