Environmental Services Description:

Rockcastle Regional is currently seeking an Environmental Services Director. This position is primarily responsible for directing the overall sanitary environment of the organization which includes supervising and scheduling environmental services personnel to ensure that each shift is adequately covered and that staff have the necessary supplies, etc. to complete their daily assignments; this includes training staff on appropriate infection control practices/techniques. Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous management and/or environmental services experience preferred. This position requires an effective communicator who has the ability to lead by example. They must be able to motivate the team, build trust and foster relationships, as well as drive results. Must be up to date and follow/apply appropriate infection control measures throughout the organization. Must be able to navigate the budget of the environmental services department, as well as manage employees and complete departmental payroll functions. APPLY NOW
