Hotel, Homes & Manor, The Airport Rooms, and other Blackinton Operating LLC properties. What you'll do Lead, train, and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry staff Set cleanliness standards and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities Build schedules and serve as first point of contact for call-outs and coverage Partner with Front Desk, Maintenance, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly Maintain safety and compliance standards property-wide Qualifications 3+ years in hospitality or service industry; 1+ year in housekeeping; 2+ years managerial experience High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout an 8-hour shift Availability for at least one weekend day per week, plus some holidays
