The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, janitorial, or custodial services, with proven leadership skills to manage daily operations effectively. This role offers an opportunity to oversee housekeeping activities, ensure quality control, and foster a positive work environment in a dynamic hospitality setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and checklists for staff adherence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels. Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to cleanliness promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional guest experiences. Enforce safety procedures related to cleaning processes, including floor care and industrial cleaning practices. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, floor care, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles. Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable. Expertise in various cleaning techniques, including custodial and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control inspections. Good communication skills for coordinating team activities and addressing guest concerns. Familiarity with housekeeping management software or related tools is a plus.
