Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction by maintaining a pristine environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and quality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet established standards of quality and efficiency Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning schedules, assign duties, and ensure timely completion of tasks such as room cleaning, laundry, and general custodial responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational flow Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial and custodial work to create a safe environment for staff and guests Motivate the team through leadership, recognition, and ongoing coaching to foster a positive work environment focused on excellence Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong background in cleaning, custodial work, laundry operations, and commercial cleaning techniques Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of hotel standards for cleanliness, sanitation practices, and hospitality industry requirements Experience with housekeeper management systems or related software is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments preferred but not required Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by leading a dedicated housekeeping team committed to cleanliness excellence.
