This role requires strong leadership, custodial expertise, and effective communication skills to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operations. Supervise staff to maintain consistent quality in cleaning and sanitation services across all designated areas. Oversee custodial activities, including commercial cleaning tasks, to meet established cleanliness standards. Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering to safety protocols. Implement and manage cleaning schedules, procedures, and sanitation protocols to optimize workflow. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding promptly to any concerns or requests. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations. Enforce safety guidelines and promote a clean, safe working environment for all staff members. Skills Proven experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures related to sanitation management. Ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
