Housekeeper/ Property Inspector

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Conduct detailed inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, or safety hazards, documenting findings accurately. Maintain floor care through proper sweeping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning techniques to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning projects to support overall facility upkeep. Support hospitality operations by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards for cleanliness and comfort. Collaborate with management to address maintenance issues promptly and follow up on repair requests. Uphold safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Experience Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Familiarity with floor care techniques including waxing, polishing, and carpet extraction. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to perform inspections thoroughly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
