In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, maintaining a pristine environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach and leadership will inspire our housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service every day. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards. Identify areas needing attention or improvement and communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to resolve issues promptly. Ensure all cleaning tasks—including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing—are completed to the highest standards. Oversee floor care procedures, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance, to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring. Monitor janitorial supplies and equipment usage, ensuring proper handling and inventory management. Enforce safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and custodial procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Document inspection results, report deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions to uphold consistent quality standards. Work a houskeeping board depending on staffing. Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and floor care. Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices in cleanliness and guest service. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations in hotel or hospitality settings. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
